We’re proud to offer a personalised service, working closely with customers to create kitchens they will enjoy using and spending time in for years to come.

Listening to you

The first stage of any project is listening to what you want from your new kitchen. A kitchen is a major investment and one you will live with for a long time, so it’s really important to us that you’ll love your new kitchen.

We don’t employ high pressure sales tactics because we want you to be absolutely sure about your decision before you commit. We believe that’s one of the main reasons so much of our business comes through recommendation [link to Testimonials].

Designing your kitchen

Unless your new kitchen is going to be in an extension and you provide us with a floor plan to work from, we’ll first come and visit you at home and take measurements.

Once we’ve got a clear idea of what you’re looking for and the space available, we’ll sit down and put together a design for you using CAD (computer aided design), free of charge.

We’ll then invite you in to discuss the design and our quote and give you an opportunity to browse the array of door, worktop and handle samples we have here. Our team includes a colour specialist who can offer tailored advice to help you select the perfect combination.

If you decide you would like to go ahead, we’ll refine the design until you’re 100% happy. If not, you’ll be free to walk away.

Building and installation

We have our own installation team, most of whom have been with us for at least 15 years. These include electricians, and plumbers as well as kitchen fitters.

If your project includes making minor building works, such as knocking through to create a kitchen-diner, we can handle that for you. For more major construction projects we can recommend a local building company.

Our full project management service will ensure everything runs smoothly, making the creation of your new kitchen as stress-free as possible for you.

We will answer any questions you may have. Review and/or assist you in establishing a budget.
Discuss your portfolio of ideas (if you have one).
Discuss your floor plan (if you have one) and go over some design ideas.
Discuss your plans for utilising the room you will be remodeling.

If you like what you see

We will come to your home and take measurements.
We will create a design, and draft perspectives, elevations, and a floor plan.
We will provide you with a price.
We will set up a meeting for you to discuss the design and pricing and discuss any potential modifications you would like to make.
